"I joined Super Fit because, first, I knew I had to get out of the house to get a decent workout.  I also knew that I wanted to workout in a group setting.  The traditional health clubs I visited had limited classes and as a working mom of two active boys, I have a crazy schedule which changes constantly.  There was no way I could commit to the times that were available for cardio classes and then I had to figure out when I could get my stretching and weights on top of that.  Super Fit solved all my problems!  I like being able to schedule my workout around my calendar instead of my calendar around the class schedule.  No matter which session I attend, I know I am going to get an awesome, full-body workout with stretching, cardio, and core and best of all, I can do it all in one hour.
 
I keep coming back to Super Fit for three main reasons - the trainers, the workouts, and the people!  The trainers go above and beyond.  I don't know how they keep track of everyone's name, our specific joint and muscle issues, our strengths, our activities outside the studio, how many kids (or dogs) we have.  However, I do know they are always encouraging and urge me to test my limits.  The workouts are different each session.  The variety makes the the workout more interesting, challenging and effective.  It's never boring.  They put a lot of thought into the workouts and are always prepared.  It's also a relief to not have to worry about which exercises for what day -- it's all just there for you.  The group dynamic is a motivating factor and provides an environment of mutual support that can't be duplicated in a large gym.  Each person is on their own program with their own goals, but all doing the same workout which leads to a feeling of camaraderie and mutual respect that I did not expect when I started. 
 
After three months I have tightened up my body from head to toe and have banished my lower back pain that has haunted me ever since my first pregnancy.  I can now run, bike and ski without knee or back pain.  When I can feel proud of my body and its abilities, it gives me confidence.  Everyone wants to look good, but it's so much more important to feel good, strong and capable.  You definitely get your money's worth at Super Fit!"

 "I love Super fit because it keeps me coming back.  It's personalized and the trainers know how to motivate me to the best of my ability.  They really care about my fitness goals.  I really like the group training atmosphere because everyone is in it together.  It's fun and the music is good too! 

I have increased my lean body mass and have lowered my body fat percentage and I have gotten so much stronger.  It's fun to know that from the first day to now - 3 years later - I know that  I'm stronger because I've gone to a the highest possible weights.   I can see definition in my arms and all over.

I think Super Fit is a great value - especially if you can do the 76-session package (only $17 per hour) and that's for personalized training!  If I went to get personal training anywhere else, I would pay so much more but wouldn't get as good of a session."

"I joined Super Fit mainly because I was paying $60 per session at a private training studio that I felt wasn't as good of a workout nor did I get the attention that I needed.  After talking with Jeff Turner, I decided to give Super Fit a try, especially since it was less than a third of the price.
 
It was a great decision because the training isn't boring and I love the camaraderie with my "fellow Super Fitters."  Also, the endless support I get from the trainers is great!   When I'm doing well, they are generous with praise, but when I do less than I'm capable of, they encourage me to do better.  More than anything else, Super Fit has become an extended family.
 
I've played many different sports growing up, boxed and even dabbled in martial arts, but since I've been going to Super Fit I feel that I am stronger and more fit than I've ever been.  
 
I KNOW Super Fit is a good value!  I have worked out in different gyms with differet trainers and I was paying three times the amount.  As a super bonus, the workout I get at Super Fit, as well as the individualized attention, is far better than any other gym I've ever been a member of!"
