Kathy is a 5:00 A.M. Super
Fit client who doesn't miss a workout. Kathy has
been plagued with lifelong low back pain and back
surgery. Her doctors discouraged her from doing any
exercise beyond walking. Well, she obviously made
the right choice and came in and worked out with our
professional trainers and has made huge strides not
only in her strength, but her back pain has
completely going away. She is an extremely busy, but
prioritizes her workouts because they energize her
throughout the day and make her strong and
confident. Kathy is working her way up the charts
and we respect her to the fullest. Good job Kathy

Celeste Pettijohn: Member

Celeste is just an
amazing young woman who works out with sure ambition
and tenacity. She takes her workouts beyond what
normal humans should - but she does it and does it
well. She made the "Hall of Fame" because she has
been working out at Super Fit for three years and
doesn't skip a beat! That's what it takes to be
amongst the best. All I can say about Celeste is
that she loves the challenge Super Fit provides and
she always gives 110%. Good job Celeste and Thank

Sher Storey: Member Since 2005

Sher has the best
attitude, she works hard and despite her busy
schedule, always seems to make two to three workouts
per week. I chose to put her in the "Hall of Fame"
(not to mention being a 4-year member) because
before joining Super Fit, she just couldn't get it
going with an exercise routine. She would start then
quit, start then quit whatever exercise program she
was doing. Well, we are proud to say that since
joining Super Fit almost four years ago, she hasn't
quit - in fact she is thriving on her workouts and
her shape and strength has gone through the roof!
She works out with everything she has and sweats all
of her stress away. Sher is working her way up to

Paula Jones: Member Since 2005

Paula, a Boeing
employee, started out with just two workouts per
week about three years ago, but soon found that
three workouts per week is really the magic number.
She rarely misses her sessions and works extremely
hard. Her exercise form is amongst the best at Super
Fit. Paula has had low back problems for years, and
since being regular at Super Fit, her back has
gotten so much stronger and the pain is all but
gone. Paula teeters on Color Red and Silver, which
for a woman in her late 50s, is truly amazing. Good

Mara Rempe: Member Since 2005

Mara is a college
administrator that has an unbelievable work ethic.
She has missed maybe five workouts in four years.
She works out at 5:00 a.m., Monday, Wednesday and
Friday and does cardio every Saturday morning at
8:00. She is one of the strongest, most fit women at
Super Fit. She can arm curl a 60-pound barbell ten
times but yet has a high enough aerobic capacity to
run marathons. Mara works out because it makes her
feel good physically and mentally. Mara is a Level-3

Dick Haab: Member Since 2006

Dick, who is a
corporate coach, works long, long hours but never
misses a workout. He joined Super Fit to
rehabilitate a broken leg he suffered mountain
climbing. Since then, Dick has completely
rehabilitated his leg and not only that, he has
reached levels of strength and fitness that is
amazing for a man in his 60s. Dick is one of the
busiest men I know but always manages to get his
three workouts in a week. He uses Super Fit's
flexible training hours to the fullest. Dick works
out with super high intensity and is a Level-1 Color

Dan Hicks: Member Since 2004

Dan is a software
engineer and a superb basketball player that uses
Super Fit as a way not only to stay competitive, but
for his health and mental well-being. Dan never
misses a workout. If he does, it's for a big, big
reason. Dan recently had surgery on his knee to
clean up cartilage and was back working out within
two weeks - very impressive. He works hard and
challenges himself to the fullest every single
workout. Dan is one of our strongest men at Super
Fit and at age 40 can dead lift 315 pounds ten times
- that's impressive! He is a Black Level-3. (Highest

Barb Derry: Member Since 2005

Barb is an extremely
time-consumed business owner. She always gets her
workouts in. For Barb, working out at Super Fit is
about keeping slim, trim and strong, but most
importantly, she likes to sweat the stress right out
of her body. "It's the only thing I can count on,"
she says. Barb is an inspiration to all the trainers
because of her great attitude and sense of humor.
She works out with high intensity and never, I mean
never misses a workout. Linda and I always say that
we wished we had a hundred Barb Derrys at Super Fit.
Barb has worked her way up to Black Color Level-1.
She is an avid snow skier and mountain bike rider.
She runs on her off days and she has no problem
keeping up with her husband and two sons. GOOD JOB

Megan Hicks: Member Since 2005

Megan is one of the
hardest workers we have at Super Fit. She is a
wonderful mother of two and she and her husband
never miss a workout. Megan works out with
ultra-high intensity and does it for her physical
and mental well-being. She can bench press 115
pounds ten times! Megan is one of Super Fit's first
members. Megan works out any time she can - whether
it be 5:00 a.m. or 7:00 p.m. Megan is a Black
Level-3 (Highest Level). GOOD JOB MEGAN and Thank

I joined Super Fit in 2010. I tried other gyms but the trainers couldn't adapt a workout to my disability. Super Fit adjusts my workout to me and my abilities; I'm in the best shape of my life since losing my leg. "Super Fit offers superior strength & fitness training. When I first joined I was plagued by low energy, porous bones, lack of discipline & zero experience with strength training. "I had been training regularly at Super Fit for over 2 years when the economic down turn hit. I thought I’d save the money and do it on my own. I tried to stay on schedule but I gradually did less and less until I stopped doing anything at all. Within one year, I lost my strength, gained 13 pounds, had no energy and felt miserable.
Now I'm back at Super Fit and in shape, strong and feel great! The camaraderie of the group, the ability of the trainers to challenge me, the encouragement, the results were all missing when I left. “I LOVE working out at Super Fit because with each workout, I feel like I have gotten THE BEST workout I could possibly ask for. We all know the hardest part is getting to the gym, but I look forward to going to Super Fit each time. The trainers are amazing, helpful and push you to get the maximum out of each exercise and set that we do. AND, all you have to do is get in the door. The sessions are ready to go. You just have to be ready to sweat! When I went to other gyms, I didn’t push myself and I didn’t really feel like I fit in or was appreciated. The price is much more
economical for personal training. The trainers
are extremely professional, knowledgeable and
personable. Classes are smaller than the bigger
health clubs, therefore the workouts are much
more efficient and effective with consistent
one-on-one attention.
When I consistently attend
the classes and see the progress from getting in
there, it is a very easy decision to continue
with what works.
My endurance has improved
to where I can work out harder on my cardio.
When I see and feel the results from those
efforts, it helps me make wiser decisions
regarding food choices.
Super Fit is an excellent
value. I have paid for personal trainers before
and never got results like I get at Superfit. To
see a personal trainer 3 times a week would cost
$150.00, not at Superfit - it only costs me

worked out they made me feel like I was part of
the gym. The personalized training is
exceptional.
When I don't want to go to
work out because I am tired, I know the type of

The Super Fit gym is
excellent, the trainers are excellent, the
equipment is excellent and it is a superb value.
It has a wide range of aerobic and weight
lifting equipment and exercises. The trainers
are skilled, helpful, supportive and
encouraging. They play close attention and
instruct in proper body mechanics to prevent or
heal athletic injuries.
I have increased my
strength and endurance. I can lift luggage and my bike so much easier. The
discipline of regular attendance has improved my health and body appearance.

joined Super Fit because I wasn't getting proper
attention at health clubs and I wanted to learn
how to do it right and get a good workout.
Besides, it would cost me four times more to get
their personal training. I really like working
out at Super Fit because it's like being on a
team where we are all working together trying to
accomplish the same goal, and we have three
coaches.
I know I'm in the best
shape of my life. I've gained about six pounds of muscle and I'm stronger than
I've ever been.

because I was looking for a new way to workout.
I have swam and ran for the last 25 years and
needed to add something new. Super Fit provides
a great one-hour workout which includes
activities I've never done things like
strengthening my "core," weight lifting and
stretching.
I like coming to Super Fit
because all I have to do is show up. The entire one-hour workout is figured out
for me. The trainers are there to help and encourage me to get the mot out the
workout. Without the trainers, it would be very difficult to do.
Super Fit has given me
back that natural adrenaline high that lasts hours after your workout. After

because it keeps me coming back. It's
personalized and the trainers know how to
motivate me to the best of my ability. They
really care about my fitness goals. I really
like the group training atmosphere because
everyone is in it together. It's fun and the
music is good too!
I have increased my lean
body mass and have lowered my body fat percentage and I have gotten so much
stronger. It's fun to know that from the first day to now - 3 years later - I
know that I'm stronger because I've gone to a the highest possible weights. I
can see definition in my arms and all over.
I think Super Fit is a
great value - especially if you can do the 76-session package (only $17 per
hour) and that's for personalized training! If I went to get personal training
anywhere else, I would pay so much more but wouldn't get as good of a session."

Prior to joining Super
