You'll be a
champ at Super Fit Boot Camp! If you want a
cardiovascular intense, fat burning workout,
this is for you. This is an energetic and
dynamic blend of full-body callisthenic
exercises and cardiovascular treadmill,
stepmill and elliptical work. Classes are
currently on Tuesday and Thursday at 5:00
p.m.; and Saturday mornings at 7:00 and
10:00 a.m. Each class can hold up to 12
