Why Should I Drink Vegetables Rather Than Eat Them?

Good question. There are two main reasons why juicing your vegetables for breakfast is a good idea:

  1. Most of us have relatively compromised intestines as a result of less than optimal food choices over many years. This limits your body's ability to absorb all the nutrients from the vegetables. Juicing will help to "pre-digest" them for you so you will receive most of the nutrition rather than having it go straight through you.
  2. Vegetable juicing allows you to eat more vegetables than you would normally. By incorporating the juice into your eating plan you will easily be able to reach the one pound of raw vegetables per 50 pounds of body weight that you should eat every day (unless you’re a Protein type, in which case you may only need about ½ pound per 50 pounds of body weight per day).

ALL New Indoor Boot Camp!
You'll be a champ at Super Fit Boot Camp!  If you want a cardiovascular intense, fat burning workout, this is for you.  This is an energetic and dynamic blend of full-body calisthenic exercises and cardiovascular treadmill, stepmill and elliptical work.  Classes are currently on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 10:00 a.m. and Saturday mornings at 7:00 and 10:00 a.m.   Each class can hold up to 10 people.  Please sign-up for Super Boot Camp or call (45) 231-1908.  The cost is the same as the rates provided above.

Super Fit provides expert individual fitness coaching to all our members at the times listed below.  We are unique in that each hourly workout (up to nine per day) is the same for that particular day.  That's pure convenience because if you can't make your 5:00 a.m. workout you have the option to eight others!  On average, 3 to 6 people attend each hour.  Sometimes we get 2, sometimes we get 8, but with up to 4 trainers per class, it's always 90% effective personal training.  You can purchase 12, 36 or 76-session packages.  Sessions start at only $17.00 per 55-minute workout!  Many of our clients have memberships at other health clubs but rely on us for the personalized guidance, effectiveness and the extraordinary value.
