Attend any one of the above workout times and
receive expert individual fitness coaching from
our team of trainers. Workouts are approximately
50 minutes long and are extremely effective. We
will customize the workout to match your current
level of fitness. Not only will you achieve a
toned body, you will be amazed at your weight

You'll be a champ at Super Fit Boot Camp! If you
want a cardiovascular intense, fat burning
workout, this is for you. This is an energetic
and dynamic blend of full-body callisthenic
exercises and cardiovascular treadmill, stepmill
and elliptical work. Classes are currently on
Tuesday and Thursday at 5:00 p.m.; and Saturday
mornings at 7:00 and 10:00 a.m. Each class can
