Our services are based on a well known fact that people exercise more effectively, more consistently and with more enthusiasm when they receive regular support, motivation and camaraderie from a professional trainer and workout partners. We have designed our program so we can train multiple clients in a seamless and highly effective way. You receive all the benefits of private personal training but with more fun, effectiveness, affordability and flexible workout times.

We are an exclusive, 100-member fitness studio. For most people, self-willed exercise routines are short-lived, especially in our fast-paced, time-focused society. Joining a large health club is intimidating and the personalized attention is inadequate. Private 1-on-1 training is far too expensive and many times by a young, inexperienced trainer.

At Super Fit, we give it all to you: State of the art equipment, structure, multiple experienced trainers, large variety of equipment, wide variety of exercise routines all to expedite your fitness improvements. We provide individualized follow-up via phone, text and/or e-mail. You experience great camaraderie, it's highly motivating with inspiring music and you never wait for a machine. It's a small, warm and intimate studio. We provide unconditional acceptance of everyone.

Health, exercise and nutritional education at every workout. You don't have to think about your workout, just follow the instruction. We help rehabilitate lower backs, shoulders, knees - basically every joint of the body. We have a great workout program! You will always receive personal attention and demonstrations. We are constantly improving the services and equipment we provide. Each trainer knows the name and story behind each and every client. You show up, get a great workout and leave feeling fantastic. It makes working out so much more fun and effective. Each client trains at his or her own pace. Always giving encouragement and always giving "good job".
